The barn overlooks the surrounding fields and has views over Roadford Lake and on a clear day you can see most of Dartmoor. The property also has increased accessibility. Located a 10 minute drive to the A30 makes it easily accessible and an ideal base from which to explore both Devon and Cornwall.
