Accommodation overview: A STUNNING BARN WITH FABULOUS VIEWS DOWN TO THE RIVER DART This very spacious barn conversion nestles in a quiet peaceful location and is a short drive to a wealth of attractions. Retaining much charm and character with exposed beams and stonework it is located in a select development offering guests an ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday. The many attractions of The English Riveria are all within easy reach including a choice of sandy beaches and sheltered coves as well as attractions which include The River Dart Country Club The Deep Babbacombe Model Village Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts. Other attractions well worth a visit include rugged Dartmoor for its wildlife and scenery and Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican. Also enjoy some of the popular towns in the area including Totnes and Dartmouth. Leisure facilities are plentiful with some lovely walks directly from the property golf swimming riding and fishing trips from Brixham. The accommodation is arranged in a reverse-level style and offers FOUR bedrooms: all located on the ground floor. 1 double with TV and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath separate shower cubicle and WC. 2 further doubles and 1 twin.
