Accommodation overview: A PEACEFUL OLD WATERMILL IN A SECLUDED SETTING Located near the pretty Roman Legionary fortress of Caerleon with strong connection to the site of King Arthur s Camelot this charming stone-built former mill nestles in a tranquil valley near the River Usk surrounded by a working sheep farm. Superb footpaths and walks from the property. A short drive away is the local town of Caerleon which has a selection of shops cafés and restaurants. Ideally located to explore the stunning Usk and Wye Valleys and close to Cardiff the culture rich capital city of Wales and equally Bristol. Excellent road links mean you are well placed to explore Cardiff the Forest of Dean and beautiful Brecon Beacons. Why not explore local history at Caerleon Roman Museum or further afield visit St Fagan s National History Museum of Wales or The Big Pit. The characterful accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 mezzanine bedroom with small twin room 1 double bedroom and 1 family room with double bed and single sofa bed on the lower floor. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with TV DVD and woodburner. Kitchen: small galley style with two ring electric hob and a combined microwave and oven (regret no oven) leading out onto a south facing balcony with seating area. Outside: private garden area with seating 25 acres of grounds to explore. Amenities: off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome must be kept on a lead.
