Brook Cottage is a 17th century Grade II listed cottage originally built as a farmer's cottage in the 1600s. Located next door to The Ottery, also in our portfolio. Brook Cottage was modernised to provide cost and comfortable accommodation whilst retaining many period features including beamed ceilings. It is centrally located in the quiet, attractive village of Lower South Wraxall, just 3 miles north of Bradford on Avon with its many restaurants, pubs, boutiques, independent shops, fine antiques shops and galleries. The Long Arms pub is just a short walk across the fields to the upper village. The cottage makes an ideal base to explore Bath (7 miles) and is within easy distance of many other local attractions, the Cotswolds and a number of National Trust properties including Longleat, Bowood House, Lacock and Stourhead.
