The village of Mullion is a 10 minute walk from the cottages and is the largest village in Cornwall offering numerous facilities including shops and family pubs serving good bar meals. You will be spoilt for choice with excellent beaches at Poldhu Cove (only 0.9 mile) Polurrian Cove Church Cove Kynance Cove Kennack Sands and many more. Games room: new with full-size snooker and pool table. Play facilities: large sandpit for children to play in. Babysitting available at 5 per hour. Outside: large lawn garden with BBQ swings and trampoline. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-Fi available. 1 dog by arrangement only during 1st November until Easter. Location: golf 1.5 mile pubs shops restaurant all within walking distance beach 0.9 mile. The accommodation is delightfully furnished and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite which has walk-in shower bath and WC and 2 twins. Bathroom: separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: with TV Freeview DVD video and open fire (first basket of logs free). Kitchen/diner: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer and TV.
