Orchard Holme is a stone built cottage adjacent to the owner's property in the pretty village of Priest Hutton between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage has three bedrooms comprising one king size double, one twin and a single with a pull out bed, which with the addition of a sofa bed makes the cottage suitable for up to eight people. There are two family bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room/snug with an open fire and the sofabed and a sitting room also with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed front garden and a spacious rear garden with a terrace, furniture and a BBQ. Being so well situated between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, Orchard Holme is a superb family cottage all year round.
