You will be ideally based for exploring the whole area with so much to see and do in the immediate area including Fowey The Eden Project being 1 mile Charlestown with its Tall Ships the market town of St Austell all within a 4 mile radius. An intriguing wildlife feature are the rare Lesser Horseshoe bats who leave woodland caves from April until August to tuck themselves under the eaves of this once derelict granite stone barn. Transformed into a spacious holiday home it stands totally enclosed and private from the owner s neighbouring dwelling fronting onto an attractively laid south facing patio and lawn. A comfortable retreat at any time of year guests can relax and unwind in homely surroundings and enjoy a very special break.
