The property has been sympathetically modernised to retain much of its original character and offers a warm and welcoming holiday home. The surrounding grounds and woodlands make a perfect playground and are home to an abundance of bird and wildlife. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and makes a superb base for exploring with excellent opportunities for walking climbing biking angling field sports and ornithology. St Fillans at the foot of Loch Earn is 2 miles away and offers water sports sailing and a golf course. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: on the first floor 2 doubles and 1 twin. On the ground floor a further family room with a double and single bed. Bathroom: on the first floor. Shower room. Lounge: with open fire (first basket of logs included additional solid fuel can be purchased locally) Freeview TV. Kitchen/diner: fridge dishwasher washing machine microwave. Utility/boot room. Outside: garden furniture is provided so guests can sit out and appreciate the tranquility. Amenities: bed linen towels electric central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property.
